Surface Film: Predominantly black or brown phenolic film (though melamine film is also available); the film layer is 0.4–0.6mm thick, providing water resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to acids and alkalis, allowing for repeated use.
Specifications and Dimensions: Standard sheet size is 1220×2440mm (4×8 feet), with custom non-standard sizes available; suitable for various structural components such as walls, columns, beams, and floor slabs.

Smooth surface, easy demolding: The dense, smooth film-coated surface prevents adhesion to the concrete; the resulting wall surface is flat and smooth—achieving an “architectural concrete” (fair-faced concrete) finish—eliminating the need for secondary plastering and saving both labor and materials.
