1. Smooth surface, easy demolding: The dense, smooth film-coated surface prevents adhesion to the concrete; the resulting wall surface is flat and smooth—achieving an “architectural concrete” (fair-faced concrete) finish—eliminating the need for secondary plastering and saving both labor and materials.
2. Water and corrosion resistance, high reuse rate: Combining a phenolic resin substrate with a waterproof film coating ensures resistance to acids, alkalis, mold, and boiling water.
